2025 Registration is CLOSED
ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP TO REGISTER
Please follow these steps to register your child:
- Join or renew your child's US Lacrosse membership. (Required for all players and must remain current through June 2025).
- Complete the online registration form.
- Download the necessary medical release and player conduct forms here. Complete, sign and bring to first practice.
